Are you interested in chess or are you already a chess enthusiast?  Chess club and classes for all ages!  Classes will be held at the Edneyville Community Center, day and time to be announced.  Instructor: Don Emon.  For more information please call the center at 685-3108 M, W, or F.

ArtSmart with Megan - Ages 4-12 meets on Wednesday's 3:30-4:45pm (free)

 

Game Day Mondays - Every Monday from 3:30pm-4:30pm

Jr. Grange - The Edneyville Jr. Grange meets the 2nd and 4th Mondays at 3:15 pm during the school year

Gentle Stretch Class - This class offers time to cool down and stretch after the Merry Milers Walking Club or just a chance to get your muscles limber! Offered Monday, Wendesday and Friday from 10:30-11am. Free

 

Merry Milers Walking Club - The free walking club meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30-10:15am

Scrapbooking Fun - Join us for an afternoon of crafting delightful memory keepsakes! This class meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 12:30-3:30 pm. $3/class (includes snack!)

Tai Chi Level 2 Classes - Friday's at 10:30 a.m. Free class!

Quilting Class - Lap quilt with friends! 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, 12:30pm-3:30pm.                       $3/class

Edneyville Grange - The Edneyville Grange meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm.

General Information

The Edneyville Community Center is one of our new facilities. This center is located at 15 Ida Rogers Rd, Edneyville NC off of Hwy 64E. The Edneyville Community Center is a 5,335 square-foot center with a meeting room, kitchen and restrooms. The 15.12 acres of land around the center will include multi-purpose fields, walking trail and playground equipment. The center is open Monday, Wednesday & Fridays from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Facility Reservations can be made by calling the HCPRD Office at 697-4884. The fee is $75.00 rental and $125.00 refundable security deposit. Reservation times 11am - 5pm.

Directions: From I-26, take Exit 40 towards Bat Cave. Follow US64 approx. 5miles then turn right onto Ida Rogers Dr. Proceed up the hill and park is on the left. The telephone # is 685-3108
