Sensational Summer Sessions - Ages Kindergarten-6th grade are invited to come and enjoy some fun-filled activities at the Edneyville Communty Center!
July 20: Movie Day - Enjoy a movie with popcorn and a drink!
July 27: Arts & Crafts - Make crafts to take home and make a craft you can eat!
August 3: Wet-n-Wild - Play with water balloons, sprinker and the Edneyville Fire Department! Afterwards, enjoy delicious watermelon!
August 10: Super Surprise!
11am-12:30pm. $3 per session, or $10 for all 4 sessions! Register by calling 697-4884 or online.
Kindermusik: ABC Music and Me - Animals-A-Dancing is for children 2 - 4 years old and their caregivers. This class meets Wednesdays, 4-4:30 pm. Taught by Leslie Zarnowski. $50.00 (includes a take home kit - CD, magazine and instrument every other month) Call Leslie at 808-6800 to register.
Jr. Grange - The Edneyville Jr. Grange meets the 2nd and 4th Mondays at 3:15 pm
Toddler Story Time - 2nd & 4th Monday of the month, 3:15pm-4:30pm
Wii Wednesdays - Every Wednesday Afternoon

Card Making Class - Come create unique cards for every occasion, depending on the holiday, birthday or "thank you" cards, you will have a finished card at the end of each class. We will experiment with new techniques every time and also have the Cricut die-cutting machine available, along with stamps and inks. Main embellishment and cardstock is included in cost. All other tools and embellishments are not provided by HCPRD.
1st, 3rd and 5th Monday of the month, 1-3:30pm. Cost $5.00, which includes main embellishment and cardstock for card OR $3.00 if you provide your own materials.
Bag Lunch Bingo - Last Friday of the month, 11:30am-1:00pm. $1/card
Balance & Tai Chi - Wednesdays are an instructional Class with Jenny $5/class; Fridays classes are video instruction $2/class, 9:30am-10:15am.
Edneyville Grange - The Edneyville Grange meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm.
Gentle Stretch Class - Mondays, 9:30am-10:15am. Free
Knitting/Crochet Circle - Fridays, 1:00pm-2:30pm. $1/class
Merry Milers Walking Club - The walking club meets on Monday and Wednesday from 10:30am-11:00am
Scrapbooking Fun - Join us for an afternoon of crafting delightful memory keepsakes! This class meets on Wednesdays from 12:30-3:30 pm. $3/class
Quilting Block-a-Month - Lap quilt with friends! Last Wednesday of the Month, 12:30pm-3:30pm. $3/class

General Information
The Edneyville Community Center is one of our new facilities. This center is located at 15 Ida Rogers Rd, Edneyville NC off of Hwy 64E. The Edneyville Community Center is a 5,335 square-foot center with a meeting room, kitchen and restrooms. The 15.12 acres of land around the center will include multi-purpose fields, walking trail and playground equipment. The center is open Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Facility Reservations can be made by calling the HCPRD Office at 697-4884. The fee is $75.00 rental and $125.00 refundable security deposit. Reservation times 11am - 5pm.
Directions: From I-26, take Exit 40 towards Bat Cave. Follow US64 approx. 5miles then turn right onto Ida Rogers Dr. Proceed up the hill and park is on the left. The telephone # is 685-3108
