Recreation Soccer Early Registration Register now for Spring 2012 Rec Soccer! Early Registration Fee: $60 (until Jan 29) Players must be 5 years of age as of August 1, 2011 and less than 18 years of age.) This program is a development league with a "Must Play Rule". New players receive uniform and NCYSA membership. Returning Fall 2011 players with the green and blue jersey save an additional $20! Games begin March 31st
