Appointments and Clinic Hours
Clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You may call any day, Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 AM to make an appointment.
Appointments (en Español) are made for the day that you want to be seen. To obtain an appointment, call the health department early in the morning and ask for the appointment you need. We have a limited number of appointments so the earlier you call the better your chances are of getting an appointment. Your phone calls are answered in the order they are received. Please do not hang up. When you call again, you will go to the back of the line.
On the third Wednesday of the month, we are closed in the morning for training. On that day, we start accepting calls for appointments at 11:00 am.
Some appointments are pre-scheduled:
- Provider requested return visits
- Physical Exams
Physical Exam appointments for Family Planning can be scheduled up to a week in advance. For these appointments starting on Monday, you can call at any time of the day to schedule an appointment for any day that week.
If you are sick and need an appointment to be seen, but the schedule is already full when you call, please ask to speak to a nurse.
If you walk in without an appointment, you will be asked to use our telephone to make an appointment. This assures that everyone is able to make an appointment in the order that they call. If an appointment is not available, please ask to speak to a triage nurse.
