Henderson County Water Quality Division is led by Natalie J. Berry, P.E.
Essential Departmental Functions: Water Quality is responsible for the following Sections: Erosion Control Local Program, Flood Damage Prevention Program, Stormwater Phase II Local Program and Water Supply Watershed.
