Essential Departmental Functions: Stormwater Phase II Post Construction Local Program is responsible for the following for Stormwater Phase II Post Construction Development and complaints for all unicorporated areas of Henderson County, Village of Flat Rock. The Town of Laurel Park, and the Town of Fletcher have slightly different ordinances and have separate links on this page.
