Essential Departmental Functions: The Stormwater Phase II Post-Construction Local Program is responsible for Stormwater Phase II Post-Construction Development and complaints regarding current construction projects for all unincorporated areas of Henderson County and the Village of Flat Rock. The Town of Laurel Park and the Town of Fletcher have slightly different ordinances and have separate links on this page, the county handles the complaints for current construction projects in these areas as well. The City of Hendersonville has their own program; if your project is located in the City visit their Stormwater webpage.
